Morning: Arrival of delegations at the hotel
09:00 am: JJEU Board Meeting and officials by invitation only
11:00 am: JJEU Board Meeting with JJEU Committee Directors and Commissioners (open)
13:00 - 16:30 pm: European Assembly
17:00 - 18:00 pm: JJEU Organising Committee & Technical JJEU Directors - Championship Organisation Meeting for national delegates and coaches (also for medical and JJEU referee Committee)
18:00 - 19:00 pm: JJEU Referee Committee only - meeting with referees (meeting is mandatory for all referees participating at the EC!)
18:00 - 23:00 pm: Weighing of athletes for Saturday and Sunday competition (unofficial weighing will be possible from 16:00 - 18:00 pm)
21:00 pm: Official Draw for both days (by JJEU's and Organising Committee's responsible officials) - the draw is open (and final).
All meetings will take place at Vienna Hilton Danube Hotel if not indicated differently!

*Please note that deployment of the categories was made on the experiences from the preveous championship and iformation, received in the pre-registration process in order to provide maximum efficiency and deployment of categories for both competition days and avoid possible unnecessary delays (and to harmonize both competition days).
